What information do you need to design a pallet racking system?

Send your warehouse length, width and clear height, column positions, pallet size and weight, forklift type and lift height, and the expected number of pallet positions. Our engineers use this data to propose a layout, beam levels and upright sizes.

Can you match an existing racking system such as Redirack or teardrop style?

Yes. We manufacture Redirack-type and teardrop-compatible upright and beam profiles. Share photos and measurements of your existing hole pattern and connector so we can confirm compatibility before production.

Which surface finishes are available?

Most racking and shelving is finished on our in-house powder coating line in standard or custom RAL colors. Hot-dip or pre-galvanized finishes are available for slotted angle shelving, wire mesh products and outdoor equipment such as flower trolleys.

How is racking packed for export shipping?

Uprights, beams and accessories are bundled, protected with film or cardboard at contact points, labeled by part number and loaded to optimize container space, which reduces freight cost per pallet position.
